Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the moment you order. 


1. Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund. Please follow these steps to initiate the refund process:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged contact our Customer Support Team at support@trendyrobe.co.uk  immediately after receiving the damaged item. Provide relevant details about the order, including the order number and a description or images of the damage.

  • Please note that the shipping charges incurred for the initial delivery will not be refunded, and a flat shipping fee of £20 will be deducted from the refund amount.


    2. Missing Products: If any items from your order are missing, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure you receive the missing item.


    3. Restocking Fee: You are eligible for a refund on products other than damaged items. If you choose to return a product for reasons other than damage, a restocking fee of 7.99% will apply to the refund amount. This fee covers handling, processing, and restocking costs associated with the return.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Purchased items are refundable and returnable within 30 days after purchase with our “No Questions Asked” policy. Please place your order with 100% confidence and satisfaction that it can be returned without asking for any reason for return.
